It never Fails! You are an Estimator of a General Contractor bidding on a 40 Million Dollar Project. The Deadline closes and within a 1/2 hour you are low bid and the winner. Then you find out you left 4 million on the table and you start to sweat. You review the tender documents and the earth works was not included. The project has a bond. Now what do you do?
